I would tell my family and friends so that i would have a chance to tell them good bye. It would hurt them greatly to find out i had known and didnt tell them. Then if i could i would try to enjoy my life as much as possible until i did die

Yes I would, I think its better for people to know rather than having it suddenly thrust upon them especially if the person is very young. I would want my family and friends to know so I could make plans for them and my children and I would totally need their support to do that.

I too think I would have to tell people. It seems when something is bothering me, it just seems to help tremendously when I talk about it and get it off of my chest.

Ahhhh.... I would be scared to. But I guess I will have to tell the most important people in my life whom I love dearly.
