Long walk and daily walk.

long walk and daily at morning time or in the evening keep you active and fresh.Its too good for health and you will become handsome and smart.your stamina will improve and you can work more easily.My boss is over 60. he is very hard working and active till.He walks daily 10 to 15 kilometer just for fitness. What about you? do you exercise daily?

Well, i walk a minimum of 30 minutes a day on foot, since i have to walk 15 minutes to the subway i use to get to my university - my luck is that i always cross a park, so that means that i also inhale some nice clean air along with the walk on foot. I could take a bus to get to the subway, but what exercise would i do then, right ? Take care !

A person to walk through beautiful parks and forests can be a real delight and also provide beneficial exercise. Many find great pleasure in walking with close friends or family members. The best companun for walking however is the Most High.I truly love walking with him. I know i can benefit from it till the end
