How do you choose your friends on myLot? / myLot

Do you just randomly invite people to be your friend or do you stick to people you have gotten to know through posting? For me personally I think it is for those with whom I have built up a repoire with on myLot.

I have said yes to a lot of friends requests some which I now regret because I am getting tons of email reguarding crazy posts. I have refused friends requests from anyone who seems to be here to sell something or whos name I have never seen in any discussion I have started or responded to.

I have gotten a ton of friend requests from people that I have never seen post..or have a 0 by their name...I wonder why they ask..I didn't think about people who were here to sell stuff..there was a lot of spam in my pm before the new upgrade..Thanks for reminding me of that.

normally, i will accept friends request, but as for me, i will choose those people i want to be friends with, normally those who post very 'interesting/intelligent' discussions.
