do you think walking can improve our health? how much time do you spend

I think walking is best for everyone means even though children and old people so everyone has chance to improve their health so i have been walking every day at least one hour so i am feeling so happy for that one so you can find big ground near from my house so i go morning and evening for walk with chatting friends so do you think is their any chance to reduce our diseases through morning walk so how much time do you spend for that one.

walking is great! i do about 2 hours of it a day or more but broken up into sets not all at once. it also helps with stress and it makes you happier! because walking releases endorphins, the feel-good hormone naturally produced by your body. its great for so many things.

I think you the value of walking so if you walk around two hours and that gives you sound result and i do like to walk around one hour in a day because i don't get proper time to walk more so i reduced so many health problems while walking so many times. how long have you been practicing to walk everyday?

I fully agree. Walking is good for overall health and balance - physically, mentally and emotionally. Mentally because excercise brings blood to the brain - so next time you have something to study or remember, remember to take a nice brisk walk first!

Not only is it good for overall physical healthy but I believe its also good in reducing stress. Especially how you do it with others. Although for some time alone on a walk is a good energy restorer. Great discussion!

we can feel without stress when we walk so much and our nerve system will clean if we do daily so blood pressure will balance so i like to walk more instead of using bikes and cars so i got so many results from that one so how long have you been walking.

About thirty eight years give or take. :)-- I walk everywhere. I choose not to drive. So a few years ago, when in school, I walked forty five minutes to school rather then waiting for the bus. I always walked to work. And now I take walks with my baby. How long have you been wise enough to take walks?

Yep. Weather permitting. Walking is always the best option in exercise. You need lots of water with you. You need a break every couple hours. Especially walking long distances for several hours before eventually getting back home. Yeah it is great for your body. Also reduces tension and stress.

Yes, definitely, walking is the best exercise you will try to do everyday for as long as possible. Like go walk long distances for several hours; weather permitting. I would really do that, too. Walking burns off extra fat. You should take couple breaks; just once every couple hours with lots of water with you. Running or just jogging is even great. Dancing at a club or wherever is even the best. All those exercises helps you to reduce tensions and stress levels.

Somehow walking helps blood circulation in our body. Especially in the lower parts. It also causes are body to perspire and it is good to for our body to perspire, but it would be better to do exercise..

Because our nerve system and blood depending up on circulations when we don't walk that blood become fat so we may get heart attacks so many diseases from that one so we need to walk every day to improve our health and so have you found any good results your self.

I agree with you, walking is a wonderful form of exercise that is good to our heart, bones, body and brain! We can relax while walking! I have also a regular walking around the village! Like 30 minutes a day!

you understood the concept totally because total entire body becomes full fill with new energy so thats the reason and i can recommend most of the people can walk daily so it will good for the society and we can see so many people live with good conditions. have you ever given any advices to your friends?

it is also my question. i habve tried walking in past. may be it was about 2 Km each day. it improves health as I felt more fit,. But I can say it never felt taht i am losing weight from it.

I am saying i lost excess of weight so in way you didn't lose weight so 2 km is good for health but i used to walk 5 km every day so what kind of diseases we can reduce while walking daily.

Sure, we can improve our health by walking. It is best to recover from heart problems, removing stress etc. I walk everyday for about half an hour.

Dear friend, I do hope walking could help those who are effected with cardiovascular or heart problems to an extend. It may also reduces stress and fats in our body. May be the health aspect is much in walking as it is not much strained exercise. The person who do walking normally is known to avoid heart attacks mostly. It also normalise the blood circulations. May be there are lots of health benefit side. Still too much of walking could also give defective sie too.

four months i exceed over weight but now i am normal because fat becomes very strong when don't walk everyday so it may cause to turn different diseases so i like to everyday at least one hour so heart attacks will most of the people who hasn't walk for a long time because blood and nerves system won't work very well.

well for me walking is the best exercise! coz it really helps a lot without being tired too much right? especially for me coz in the office i usually sit for the whole day and i guess thats one of my idea how to exercise myself.,i usually get a long walk.,lol!

Yes it is good for health. It also reduces stress and can help to maintain good mental health. I go walking every day. Walking can make you more fit and help you lose weight but you should keep up a good brisk pace and not just wander slowly. I see many people when I am out, and some of them have their eyes on the ground or are chatting as they stroll slowly along. They are not exercising. I can walk briskly and still see what is around me and enjoy the view. I can walk at the same pace uphill, climbing steps or when I am tired. I feel it does my body good to keep doing this.

Some times when we busy with our commitments we may forget to walk so in my way i forgot and i didn't walk one month bu t later i found some pains my self so i again started to run so i am happy now so i recommend you people don't stop walking it gives lot of happiness which you can't buy out side isn't it.

though I do think walking can improve your health, I spend very little time walking. I have a job in which I am on my feet for about 10 out of a 12 hour shift. It seems like I am on my feet forever. For this reason, I have a difficult time getting motivated to walk.

so then you no need to walk because you always on field for work so you can walk around 10 hours in a day and i think you have sound health than others so it is good for you and how long have you been working like that.

Walking is THE best exercise IMHO. It is great for the mind, body, soul, AND spirit. I go walking with friends everyday. We walk 3-4 miles. I think walking is a GREAT way to reduce a myriad diseases, and other health problems. It is also a WONDERFUL way to shed unwanted pounds in a safe, gradual way Good for you for taking the initiative to improve your life!

Yes, I do think walking is very good for us in many ways. It not only give us movement but gets us stirring to get our minds off of things. I know just walking here in the house when I feel bad helps me feel a little better. Walking outside is great to get the fresh air and see the beautiful nature scenes that God has put before us.

Moderate walk can be very good for health of course,but there should always be a degree. I rarely walk since I began to work on weekdays,just sit there and stare at the computer screen everyday. I know it isnot good for health, but you know, that's my job. I just do some walking at weekends.
