Baby tomatoes

baby tomatoes - I took picture of the blossoms and tiny starts to some cherry tomatoes on one of our plants. I thought the small size interesting. The tiny fruit is smaller than the blossoms they emerge from.

Move over Grandpa Bob! My daughter has planted a bunch of vegetables, including tomatoes. In addition to regular tomatoes, she is trying some cherry-sized ones. I was fascinated by the "babies" and had to take some pictures of them Can't wait until they are big and ripe enough to eat! I'm glad she is the one growing them. My green thumb is kind of brown! Anyone else out there growing produce? What to share stories?

Okay you asked for WAR now. Each year we plant bopth a large Grape Tomato and a Cherry Tomato plant. I'll be posting photos of them when we get them in the ground etc. Grape ones are great for salads and taste normal, cherry I feel are a sweeter tomato. Good luck and save some for me maybe? HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

Hard to believe one could get tired of them, but know it could happen.
