What do you use to wash?

When you are taking a shower, now this is for men too. Do you use a wash cloth, one of those poofs, or just a good old soap bar in your hand?
I would have to go with the poof, because of course i use all those girl body washes, and i have to say they work better on that then the wash cloth.
