The rate at which people are falling in and out of love has increased so much as the rate at which people divorce is alarming. It’s become so much that many marriages have become statistics in the divorce registers. As a young man/woman what are the things you would consider before saying the magic words “I DO”?

I knwo that people do not take their marriage vows very serious these days and it is just awful. they can get a divorce just as fast and as easily as they got married. they just end it and walk away from one another. I do not believe in it, especially if you have children unless the other one cheated on them or they are abusive or something like that. I would have to know in my heart that the person is exactly right for me and that I want to spend the rest of my life with them.

yes stephcjh, thank you for the point you made ,making up your mind about the person is one of the very important things to consider in saying Ido,Its unfortunate that the law alos help tom make divorce an express thing now so that people dont even see it as anything again

i don't think im being too materialistic with my conditions before saying i do. but, before i do, i wanted first to have the things we need to have in order to live a healthy lifestyle. such as a house, even if it is smaller doesn't matter what's important is that we own one and we have somewhere to live in. a car maybe. and a business which we can depend on our living and the living of our future children.
