How does affiliatejunktion work? / myLot

Hi, guys I was wondering if you could shed light on this subject. I have come across affiliatejunktion from websites and referrals. I have read and heard that it makes you money but I'm not sure how they do it. Can anyone tell me how this works? If I am going to join I want to be able to use this site to its full potential. Thanks.

I've only seen bad reviews saying it's acctualy a pyramid scheme. But i haven't done a big search.

I see thanks for the info. Can anyone confirm this? I hate pyramid schemes it seems it just a mad rush to grab each other's money...
