No, I really mean it, but not what you may be thinking. This is not a discussion about expectations, but rather about height. So let me reword, When standing next to your spouse, bf/gf or significant other, who is taller, you or that one that has your heart beating like a machine gun? The love of my life and myself have a 1/2 of an inch difference. I am 1/2 of an inch taller than she is. She is 66 3/4 and I am 67 1/4. So how about you?

My husband is taller than I am. I am 5 feet 5 inches tall and he is about 5 feet 10 inches tall. I don't mind that he is taller, in fact I think I prefer it. For some reason, when he holds me and I can lay my head on his chest and with his arms wrapped around me, it makes me feel safer than if I were a little bit taller.

I really like your discussion jer for I had a discussion just the morning at work about this same topic LOL. I laugh for every one I know is much taller than me and they think it's funny and cute at the same time. I stand at 4'11" and all these other people are well over 5 ft. and above. My exboyfriend who works the same place I do is 5'10" and alot of people thought that it was cute when him and I were together. I don't care that I'm short like I am. I look at it as "I am the way god made me short and petite" I hear some say they hate their height but what is one to do about their height? you can't Enjoy what your height is no matter short or tall.

I am comfortable with my height for the most part, but there have been times in my life when it would have been nice to be able to reach certain things without asking for help.

If I were to stand right by a special person. I would have to measure up to that person. That would be a girl with long and straight light blonde hair with blue eyes. The girl who is a lot taller, stronger, more active, and more muscular than me. The girl who always wear makeup, especially blue eye lashes/shadow and red kissible lipstick. I would ask that girl out with me. What do you think? I am, of course 5 feet 7 1/2 inches. I would say that beautiful girl is 6 feet with couple inches.
