sleep

I slept faily well last night. It was hot when we went to bed so we left the windows open but when we woke up this morning it had cooled off and we were cold! It is suppose to rain tonight I think it is easy to fall asleep to the sound of the rain.

I slept okay last night, but what's the standard against which sleep is measured? I wasn't tossing & turning, and I didn't wake up several times during the night; but how is that different from usual? How would you know if your sleep last night was any better than average? That maybe one of the reasons tinnitus bugs me: without 'average vs. better-than-average,' I have no sense of "acheivement" when I do an extra-good sleep

It's raining again tonight (New years day 2011) and that means big trouble for me. I Have lots of difficulty breathing when it rains, lots of chest pain. I don't think I will sleep well tonight. I've never really liked the rain cause it makes me sad, mopey and depressed. But, now it makes me feel all achy and weird. My whole body hurts.

They say that rainy night is the best time to sleep and the sleep it good. Me on the other hand i don't sleep and have not slept in the last 5 going on 6 years. But i don't mind at all; I'm use to it now.

I slept very well last night.But i was watching TV with my friends after my night duty till the 2.45 AM.I slept after that.But i could sleep a deep sleep.Thanks Snowy
