stress reduction exercise

Picture yourself near a stream. Birds are softly chirping in the crisp, cool mountain air. Nothing can bother you here. Nobody knows of this secret place. You are in total seclusion from that place called "The World". The soothing sound of a gentle waterfall fills the air with a cascade of serenity. The water is clear. You can easily see the face of the person who's head you are holding under the water. Look! It's this person who caused you all this stress in the first place! What a pleasant surprize! You let him up. Just for a quick breath, then PLOOP! Back under he goes! You allow yourself as many deep breaths as you want. There, now. Feeling better?

Definitely, Annie, I'm feeling much better, thank you, darlin! That was great. Where in the world did that come from anyway? So hey, tell me, whose head do you have under the water?

I think from now on, when we want to make someone realize how terribly mean they are being to someone here, we should tell them to go to this thread and read it. Just tell them that's how they are making us feel. I know they won't post, but after reading it, will get the idea, without any nasty name calling or anything. hee hee Just a thought that came up for the soon-to-be-ex and trolls.

I know of this place. It's my backyard near the woods. The person is none other than my former neighbor who is a total jerk. Think I'll hold his head under and let him breath underwater.

Well, he's cold clammy slimey has scales and bulging eyeballs, so I'm assuming he can breathe underwater. If he can't, not my problem.

Excellent! I'll tell sparks and see if she can 'borrow' your backyard one day soon. Yeah, see if he is a fish and can breath under there. Interesting experiment.

Maybe I was, maybe I wasn't. Brown? OMG! We've already had to cut ours twice and it needs it again. But you are sooooo funny. I'm thinking of becoming Wicca. What do you think? Then I could cast spells on him for you. Send me a lock of hair, will ya?

Yep, brown! The leaves on the trees are just barely getting there. But the maples and oak trees we brought back from Ontario last summer are doing fine. Late, but fine. You're thinking of going Wiccan huh? Hmmmmmmmmmm...I just might join you though I'd rather be a Druid! LOL Hair from HIM? I'd have to take if off his back, and I rather think he'd notice that! LOL

Really Lexa? That's so cool. Personally, being Celt, it just seems a better fit for me! LOL I wish you'd do a discussion about it. What an education for a lot of people that would be!

Remind me o never sleep in your barn uninvited Annie. I love stream and waterfalls. But I prefer to be on the outside looking in, than the inside looking out. LOL.
