How do you live health for a long time? do you know any tips to improve health?

I think compare to last 20 years we are not living health so day by day so many people getting different diseases so for that what shall we do and what kind of food we need to take to improve our health anyhow in my country and i have researched very well so many people dieing in the age of 60 years so when we compare last 50 years the standard of living is became very low so what kind of things we need to for that one.

Iguess food processing,chemicals, air pollution made us suffer the different diseases. COmpared before, it was not that high tech yet, SO, I guess we have to eat a lot of vegetables and drink plenty of water instead of soda, less intake of sweets,fatty and oily food, preservative foods. With that awareness, we can help a lot our own selves to stay longer and be free from any deadful illnesses!

your correct we suppose take those good items daily so i have been following in above list of items so i am getting good results so i can do another more things like yoga and Meditation make me big different so we won't get any bad thoughts and tensions so we can improve our span of living.

I agree that is a very healthy type of exercise! A lot of prayers too, meditation and physical exercise will help us to have a healthy lifestyle and body!

I think it helps a lot to eat fruits, vegetables and whole grains.. and some proteins too of course.. And to get regular exercise or activity of some sort or another.. And personally, I think yoga does lots for our whole system and well being.. balance, etc.. both mental and physical.

I do think it is best to have less meat and more fruits and veggies. How about more seafood? How about doing more exercise? I would think it is the best choice. Just go to your doctor for health and medical checkups.

I think that one of the reasons that people are not liveing as healthy these days is due to additives, preservatives and such that are added to many of the foods that we consume. It hasn't been that many years in the past when people grew most of their own food, and so it didn't have all that added. I think that one of the things we can do is to buy fresh fruit and veggies when possible.

I agree with you because most of the people are not taking health food that is the main reason for us and they don't have good habits so getting lot of diseases and losing lot of energy so we have change their habits that is only we can do for them.

Well, my cholesterol was high again. And my body max index was beyong limits. Of course. I will have to go to my doctor for health checkups and do lots of exercise and have healthy diets. I would not want to get sick at all. My standard of living will become real low one of those days.

I think you need to meet doctor personally tell him your problems and do those good things in your daily life so you will good results in the coming days.
