Do you save a buck when you can?

Hi raydene! I try to save as much as I can so i can somehow not go beyond my budget. I really don't care if people think that I am poor or cheap as long as I don't lie and live beyond my means. However, there are times that some people get so obnoxious and so rude. I feel sad and hurt when people pity me and look down on me now that I am having so much difficulty financially. But I can still hold my chin up because I am not the kind of person who gets rich by trying to abuse and deceive others so they can make money out from trusting people. You see, I was scammed big time that is why we are experiencing difficulty and I hope one day, we can overcome this. I am glad that you have shared that link. Thanks. Take Care and God Bless! That was a pretty good blog. Thanks! I knew of a man once who went into a car dealership dressed poorly and looking like he probably couldn't afford much of anything. He was carrying a satchel of some sort which was somewhat odd, but added to the idea that he was not really buying anything much of worth. The sales person basically ignored him- apparently not wanting to waste his time with someone who wouldn't be spending much if anything. The same man was seen later, dressed the same and still carrying his bag, at another dealership where they were treating him with respect and didn't really care if he was going to buy a $250 car or a $52,000 one. He bought his car from there. A nice one. And he paid cash for it...from the satchel he was carrying.

yes, i try to save half of my budget for the day.. it doesnt make me look poor, not at all but it helps me add money to my savings every month and i am happy about it. :D its nice to know that at one point you will be able to find some money you have saved when you need them.

i dont really care about what other people think about me when i am able to save myself and my family some money. my hubby and i only work part time, so every penny has to be accounted for in my family. its not easy but can be done.

i have never seen or heard neither did i read it anywhere that savers are poor people unless they end up squandering what they have saevd on some frivolities,if you can save a cent why not every cent matters in this era of high and increasing inflation

I absolutely save money whenever possible. I do not worry about being seen as cheap - it's my money and I work hard to get it - I'm not going to part with it unless absolutely necessary. I think that more people need to take notice of what is happening with the economy and make some major adjustments in their spending. Things will get much worse before the get better, and people need to be ready.
