how can you tell someone that it is over

I have been in this relationship for four years and eleven months. I worked and tried to be happy. I was always a willing person. One who laugh alot and now I found out that I am becoming miserable and disrespectful. Time and Time again I told him that it is over but still he is calling and whereever I am he is always there. Please can someone tell me what to do please.

I believe you should take him and have a serious talk together; and i don't just mean to tell him again that it is over and that's it, i am referring to a nice LONG chat, to make him understand that while it was good in the past, it has ended now, and you will both suffer if you continue like this. The best thing for him to leave you alone (and also the most painfully but sometimes necessary) is to stop seeing you for good (at least for a time being until he stops stalking you.
