More than one computer?

Ok, I have a desktop and a laptop and am wanting to get another laptop because this one I have is OLD!!!! I am wondering why I am letting my desktop just sit there and if I get another laptop why I can use all three of them to get all my work done. Yes, this sounds crazy but I am wondering why I have the desktop sitting there if I am not going to use it. I do lots of ptc's, mylot, boomer towne, platinum lounge, yuwie, winster, mturk, and more. I am trying to figure out how to use each one wisely. I am not talking about using them illegally like having more than one account in a program that only allows one or anything like that. I am trying to figure this out so I can do more programs and make more money. I used to do netwinner on one and when it would ding, I'd get up and run in there and click play again. I got lots of exercise. LOL What are your suggestions?

I have used my desktop and laptop at the same time. We have 3 laptops and a desktop and many times they are all be used by me and the kids.

I've tried using two of my computers at the same time, but I've found that it's generally faster to just use one and use different tabs. When I did netwinner, I sometimes used both computers, just because netwinner tends to use more sources than most other sites, so it would slow my old computer down if I was running it and several other sites, too.

I am on boomertowne too. Connec with me, if you feel like it. I'm danishcanadian just like I am on here. I have a desktop but i havn't used it in years. I love my laptop because I can travel with it. It's pretty hard lugging a desktop up to a cafe. I sit here with my laptop, and have a great time!!

I only have one pc. I've been wanting a lap top so I can do things away from home. I do multi-task while I am on line having more than one window pulled up at a time and work through different programs.
By the what is boomer towne and plantinum lounge, winster and mturk? I've never heard of any of these.

boomer towne and platinum lounge are sort of but not all the way like mylot, I made approx $10 in 2-1/2 days on platinum lounge this week. I sure hope it keeps up and we get paid on Mondays. Winster has a lot of games to play and you can convert points for prizes or gift certificates from amazon and mturk is through amazon and you do tasks for them that the computer just can't do and make a few cents per task. It could be habit. Maybe you are just more comfortable with laptops. Using 3 computers at once, wow. Now that is what I call multi-tasking. I don't know if more computers will actually equal more cash. Let us know.

I had tried this once. I have 2 desktops, 1 is hubby's. He's rarely home, so I can use it for whatever I choose during the day. I once tried to do some sites from his and some sites from mine so I could get more accomplished in a shorter amount of time, but I found it to be too uncomfortable and got a headache! I don't even bother now. Instead I use 2 browsers for the same effect.

Hi Mamacathie, I was wandering on a computer shop a while ago and I notice this 4 port KVM (Keyboard Video Mouse switch). I think you'll gona love this. Since it is 4 port it can connect 4 PC/laptop and operate them all using a single keyboard, Monitor and mouse, at a press of a button or a combination of key, you can switch your desktop or your 2 laptop. What do you think?
