Money or Job Satisfaction??? / myLot

While choosing a career, would you prefer money or job satisfaction?? Are you ready to compromise on your requirements for a job to gain more money?? i would prefer a balance between both...because i feel for efficient working, job satisfaction is a must..atleast to some extent

It would have to be job satisfaction for me. Money may attract me to do a work. But, I wont stick to it. For example I was offered a job in a call centre where the pay was high. But, that kind of job do not give me satisfaction.

yaa thats really well said....you've to be loyal to your work, and i think it comes only with atleast a bit of job satisfaction...

That's a really good question,I'm wondering about it as well.but I guess money,cuz after I earn enough,I could have my own company to get the job satisfaction.

I think most people look forward to a job which gives job satisfaction. But not everyone gets a job like that. So they have to compromise with satisfaction.
