How many times a week do you workout? If you do, what do you do?

I workout everyday and a lot of it is walking.. 40 minute walk in the morning 25-30 minute afternoon walk (although lately i've been jogging instead of walking) 25-30 minute walk before dinner 20 minute walk after dinner I do 110-120 sit-ups everyday and another ab work out but not sure of its name. 30-40 squats 30 Side-lying leg lifts i have two weights 3lbs and a 15lb i use to do arm workouts don't always do those "daily" but I do them at least 5 times a week. and I do yoga a few times a week usually I think thats it...

Wow, that's a lot of walking there. You must be really fit! Congratulations on that!

I used to work out almost 5 days a week years back but now its not even 5days a month...

I don't work out as much as I should usually 2 to 3 times a week. I usually walk on the treadmill or the walking track I also really enjoy the elliptical and the stationary bike I do lift weights once in awhile too.

I exercise 3-4 times a week. I usually walk and do pumpings. I also do push-ups in the morning. I also dance. :)

about 3 or 4 times.i often jog aroud our playgroud.i feel great after jogging.

Typically, I work out about 3 times a week. I tend to do hi and low impact aerobics along with sit ups, push ups, etc.
