get engough sleep

If you are not getting enough sleep it will affect your body in the same way ageing process affects also increase the chances of affected by chronic diseases. But excess sleeping is also not good. Excess sleep can lead you to depression and mental idleness. How long you will sleep daily. Will you sleep more in weekends? Are you getting enough sleep?

you're right!....I only sleep long when I felt I did not have enough sleep for the past days but I usually sleep 4-6 hours to 8 hours sometimes which is enough for the body to rest.

i soo want to get enough sleep but because of my insomnia, i'm bound to have 3 hours of it everyday =(

I am sorry I don't have much information about insomnia. Is this a curable condition. I heard that some people (exceptional cases) need only a few hours sleep and they can be healthy

I usually sleep about 7 hours every night ,even if I want to have excess sleeping but I get up on time every morning.it's so despondent! I can sleeping well once in a while and I am not an energetic man so want to have a good sleep,can you tell me anything about sleep?

Seven hours sleep is enough for a healthy man normally. If you feel tired after 7 hours of sleep means that you are not getting uninterrepted and deep sleep. You have to try for this by selecting a quiet place to sleep. I think listening music or doing some thing you like very much to do will help to reduce stress and this will leads to a sound health. Doing exercise regulary and eating nutritious food, avoinding junk food, coffee or tea in nights etc will also help to get deep and uninterrepted sleep.

There is a grent deal of reason in your advice.I should have deep sleep ,keeping exercise and advert bite and sup ,but it will cost a stetch for changing.thank you.

yes, you're right. i think i don't get enough sleep recently. i sleep only 5 hours a night. i always sleep late. when i try to go to bed early, i can't make it. still, i fall asleep at the same time i usually do.

well, I think an adult needs six to eight hours sleep daily.

I sleep like 8 to 9hours a day. The minimum of sleep i can get is 7hours. If I get below that,I won't be concentrated at school and will feel sleepy. What do you mean by exess sleep? Like sleeping alot ..almost the whole day? I think it depends. If that person works on night shift, he/she needs to recover the lost energy somewhow. But i agree that people shouldn't sleep more than 12 hours a day...otherwise you just won't have time to do anything at all

I have enough sleep everyday.8 hours at least.I'll go to bed to fall asleep as long as I feel sleepy.And every morning,I'll get up till 6:30.I'll have black eye socket.So,we should have enough sleep,and our skin will look bright.

But i sleeep only for 3 to 4 hours normally.... I don't get sleep b4 2 at night...
