I have for many months now been eating more of veggies and fruits and I have noticed the benefits it does to my body. I have not been getting sicked, not even headache or the common colds. It also gives my skin some kind of glow although I am not fair-skinned. Are you also indulging in vegetables and fruits? Please share how it benefits you!

I agree with you. Since i have been eating vegetarian i feel more healthy. when i see people the same age of me, i seem to be in better health than they are. I bought a booklet that said if you increase veggies and decrease everything else that you can loose wt.

Yes, that is proven. I also experience the same good comparison.

Also i have heard and now know that when a vegetarian passes gas or goes potty that the smell is much milder that of a meat eater.

I don't really eat fruit everyday despite I know that it's very important for our body. I read an article in university today. It says that one must eat 5 different fruits and vegetables per day. I will re-start eating different fruits now.

Yes, eating vegetable make your mind clear as well. When I used to eat beef, I used to sleep a lot and my mind was never clear. But when I turned to a complete vegetarian diet, it became so clear again. But since I play a lot, I have to eat some meat to keep the muscles. So no way of eating only vegetables. Maybe when I grow old, I will try only that. There is no question, that if you dont do excercise, then meat is bad for you.

Indeed veg are in fact far better than non-veg, less fat, and also, it provides wider range of vitamins together with the required carbohydrate, proteins, and even cellulose, hereby veg can provide a whole complete meal, with hardly any health hazards

That sounds wonderful! So glad you are feeling and looking so healthy. :) I need to add more fruits and veggies to my meals, that's for certain. I tend to eat more protein and carbs, which shows. (Not in a good way either.) Thank you for the encouraging words about how veggies and fruits have been so beneficial for you!
