Amanda and Mark - She is introducing Mark to My Mother-in-Law today

Hi Rozie!! Yes hon, they are still together. He still comes to see her every weekend. She didn't know until Saturday night that he wanted to come see her Memorial Day, but she was definitely happy. :-)

You are right Amber, and Amanda is praying that God's will be done in her relationship with Mark. She told me that if she ever had any feelings that make her think the relationship isn't right she would break it off. I believe in God answering prayers. When she came to the service last night to hear Amanda sing I started praying and so did Amanda and my mother. I had a feeling she would say something to Amanda about seeing her today and I was right. When Amanda talked to her, though, she didn't tense up or get in a huff at all like she had done previously. Amanda was so excited when she got home I thought she was going to hyperventilate. I had chill bumps when Amanda told me what she had said and all I could say was "Thank you Lord!!!" Amanda called her granny to see if it was okay to bring him over and she said "Sure!!!" When Amanda got off the phone she burst into happy tears and I couldn't help by cry myself. She loves her Granny and DOES want her approval but she loves Mark too. It bothered me to think she might have to lose her granny. Maybe she thought about that too. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks so much Terri!! I will keep you posted about how it goes. I know for sure it was an answer to prayer last night because I sat there during the worship service at church and started praying for her (she came to our church because Amanda sang a solo last night). She told Amanda afterward "I'll see you tomorrow." That was when Amanda told her she has a date today. The conversation kept going smoothly though and Amanda told her it was Mark. I thank the Lord for answering our prayer. God Bless hon!!
