Execise Withdrawal

has anyone gone through exercise withdrwal, I went through it a couple days ago. I had been exercising at the gym everyday sometimes twice a day and on wednesday I just stopped abruptly because I was available for the gym. On sunday I woke up feeling like I was run over by a truck. I did't get out of bed until 4pm. I didn't figure it ou until later, so, I got up and did some exercise and sweat a bit. I feeling immediately better. I was stunned.
