Anyone else having the same problem with gmail, iGoogle, or other Google Product

I am seriously frustrated with performance of Google products. If you talk about gmail, I really like the interface - the threaded discussions, but at times it loads too slowly, and worse even, it does not load at all.
In the morning I failed to connect to gmail but could see all my mails using iGoogle (http://www.google.com/ig). Now in the evening I could connect to both and checked my mails without any problem.
Then I had to go out, and coming back - alas! I could not connect to either gmail.com, or iGoogle! I know lots of emails must have entered my mailbox in the meantime, but all I can do is to watch helplessly for getting back the links to work.
Now is it a problem with me alone, or do you suffer from the same problem? What do you do under such circumstances? Any precautions, or suggestions that may help me getting out of this situation???

Yes, there are times I encounter this problem and what I do is to switch browser. If gmail doesn't open with firefox, I try it with internet explorer or vice versa which solves the problem most of the time. Sometimes both browsers won't open gmail and I think that the problem is in my connection. So far with broadband I never have problem with gmail anymore.

You are fortunate that you have got rid of that problem but for me it has been the cause of my constant worry! It often goes, and when it goes - it does not come back within few hours. And obviously I have tried every possible ways to tackle this problem. But nothing has so far been able to solve this problem.
