Hard work

My brother and sister-in-law are both the foundryman.They are very hard everyday.They have no day-off ,and have no fixed time of off duty.They are paid by the quantity of production.So,when they complete the workload,they could go home.But,they are too backbreaking.Every morning ,they get up at 6:00 and drive electrical bike to go to work at 6:30.They go home at about 7:00 ,but sometimes they get back late.Last night ,my brother got back at about 11pm.Oh,my god.He worked over 12hours one day.The workshop is high temperature too.Now,it's summer.What I could do is just yammer.Sometimes,I think that human is mournfull for the money.But ,we must live for it.

i understand the concern you have. its sad that they have to work so hard. can't they fond other jobs where they need not work so hard? if anything can be done...

It's hard to find a very good job for them.They are over 35 years old.And have no too much knowledge.The important is that they want to earn more money to pay the building they has bought.Sometimes ,we have to work there.I don't know how to ----

They need to be very careful or else they will injure themselves or they will become ill. Then they will need to work to pay medical bills. There must be time set aside for rest and relaxation as well as work or the body cannot cope.

Yes,you are right.This is the attended ways.So,when they feel very tired ,they will request to have a rest .Under the strong requestion ,the boss will approve to have a rest .So,now,I hope that the legal day has more ,so,they could rest more.

I can understand your feeling. It's a common situation all over the world especially in the developing countries. For life sometimes people have no choice.First he should promise to feed himself and then to support his family. Workers are usually working under pressure with bad environment around. Sometimes I feel there's no justice on the earth. But life itself is not justice. Just work hard and try to improve your life. I think life will turn better sooner or later. Keep faith and hope in your mind and heart! have a nice day and enjoy yourself!

The gap between rich and poor is wider and wider in the world.Although it get better in our life ,comoared with the old time.But,I think the inbeing is not change at all.We become more harder and tired .
