Well I am here at my daughters house after a day of travel. All flights went well......and my flight from Denver to Tucson I slept most of the way. When I left Minnesota it was 40 degrees and when I landed in Tucson it was 98! What a change! So how is the weather this morning where you are at?

I had the same situation last month when I was in Phoenix. It was 100 degrees when I got on the plane in Phoenix and 50 degrees when I landed in Missouri. The weather here today is in the 50's but NO storms. Yippee! We've had such bad weather the last couple of weeks that I am so thrilled to see a sunny day.
Enjoy your time in the warmer climate,
carolbee

So glad you made your trip with no problems and had a good flight. I am sure it was a shock to your system from cold to hot weather like that, would have been nicer if it had not been quite so hot huh?
The sun is bright here this morning and it was very humid, the car and truck windows were all wet from the humidity. It will be around 90 here today, sure would like to have some rain here.
Have a great time with your family.

It's great fun to take a vacation. Sometimes, flying is even an interesting adventure. Brrrrr, 40 degrees is pretty cold for this time of year, isn't it?
You will definitely get some sun in Tucson! There's some great exploring to be had in Arizona.
Our weather was about 75 earlier this a.m. and is about 85 now. It's almost pool time!

Glad to see that you arrived safely at your destination. Thats quite a difference in temps, did you find yourself overdressed when you got off the plane? The weather has been pretty good here in Georgia, not too hot though. Give it a little more time though and we will be seeing 98 degrees ourselves.

Today was wild one. When I woke , it was in the 70's and a little humid with a wind. Then it got hot, like in the mid 80's. But by 2pm, the sky was dark and heavy , and I mean heavy, rain came down.It rained for about 20 minutes or so. Then the sun came out. If you had taken a nap or if you were in a mall or somewhere that didn't have windows , you could have missed the storm.

Its in the eighties here in Southern Califoria. I used
to live in tempe Arizona before I moved to Ca. I got used
to the hot summers there as we had a cooler that kept
our house nice and cool all day. but the wages were so
much lower than here in Ca we moved here years ago so my '
husband could find work. I am now a widow living with
my adult son.
