What health means to you? How it feels to deprive yourself of nice things for the sake of your health?

Health is very precious to me simply because, taking care of myself and staying healthy is my way of showing gratitude to the Almighty Creator for having given me Life. I don't mind making little sacrifices of deprivation as long as it's good for my health. I always believe in the adage, "too much feasting end in fasting!" Good luck, stay healthy all the time!

Of course , staying helathy is of great importance since Iam in my forties and sure to step into menopause..... I avoid aweets, ice creams, pickles, fried items and things like that...coz it will not only increase my weight but worrry me alot...so why let yourself worrry wen you can sacrifice small delicacies...for that matter I never had a sweet tooth.. so I guess Iam not sacrificing a lot...but I love pickles ..but I take just once a while.....

Health is my life... literally because I'm a doctor lol. But that doesn't mean that I go overboard with it. Sure I know what kind of crap is in a big Mac, or a mc furry and stuff, but I still eat that kind of stuff and on occassion do unhealthy stuff. But I always stay healthy and fit. So in my opinion, if you stay fit, it's okay if you do a few unhealthy things once in a while :)
