SOD's GH Mailbag

1. Don't care much about the opening - I miss the ambulance screaching out of GH opening! 2. Nik had surgery? 3. I think Geary has something on the voters! He hardly shows up during the year, has a stupid, useless, non- impact, nothing storyline, leaves for a few months, comes back and repeats it. How is that emmy quality? Luke and Laura are gone - can't they let them rest in peace? 4. I can't understand how Sonny won anything but Headche of the Season - oh, no, I won that one! They have all but trashed the SOnny character and made him such a self righteous, nut case - And the actor is capable of so much more! I don't know why they have the emmies at all other than for the celebrity's sake. I think that they all play great parts (whether I like the character or not) and why should one be told they were the best when the whole show revolves around all the characters and it isn't fair that only one gets "chosen". I don't even watch them.

I have wondered about the opening for a long time now. I,too think it needs to be changed. Another thing that I wonder about is the show title is General Hospital. So how come the "hospital" is almost an after-thought. All you ever seen, for the most part, is people meeting at the nurses station. Nothing really happens, story wise, at the hospital. I am getting a little tired of the mob storyline. The show used to have stories more about what was going on at the hospital and the doctors. Now all we have is Robin and Patrick debating about her pregnancy. Maybe the reason they were all but shut out in the nominations is that the storylines are boring.

1. Oh my God do we need a new opening!!! All of if the line up the pics every thing about it needs to change. I could even go with different music! 2. I agree Niks surgery was all about Emily. 3. I don't pay attention the emmys (sorry) 4. I think Scrubs won because they are both changing for the better and people are liking where the story line is going.
