Supreme court cases say 12 years plus

I am involved in a court case exceeding 13 years and have reached a point of total frustration with my lawyer. My case involves suing under the TPA and our evidence is very strong. We have completed all paperwork but our lawyer finds any reason he needs to string out the case longer. I am at my wits end to know what to do. Is there anyone out there who has had experience in this area.
