I just cant concentrate!!!

Hey guys I'm here sharing one of my problems with you and the problem is I just cant concentrate on a single thing at a moment.It hardly happens to me that I keep on doing a particular thing very nicely , NO WAYS!! Every time my mind goes flying anywhere. Just as while studying I keep on thinking about everything else except my studies. Do you face the same problem?? If not any solution to mine?? :(

Hi blue4ever, I think you have lots on your mind. Do you tend to keep everything stored in your memory, about the work you ought to do or something. If that is the problem then write them write them down in a paper so that you can see and work at it later. Your clutter in the mind will be removed and then you will be able to concenrate and other thoughts will not crowd your mind. I have done this and it has helped me. I have a scribbling pad nearby to note down whenever I remember anything.

Oh yes , I have a habbit of keeping everything into my mind rather than noting it down somewhere. May be you are right. That might be causing this problem. Well I'll try noting down important things rather than trying to remember. Thank you for your reply :)

The thoughts will flow constantly, some thoughts are very important and many other thoughts are not necessary at all. When lots of un uncessary thoughts flows in the mind, it will affect the concentration and cause tension. The best solution to keep away un necessary thoughts is the MEDITATION. Initially it will be difficult, once you to learn to meditate, you will lots of benefits of life.

Thats what I was saying. Thoughts which are not necessary are always in there and its really difficult to get rid of them :(

Are you in love?? *laughs* Jokes apart these things happens to all of us at some point in time. You are quite young and now and it's but natural. Try not to think much about it. You can meditate for I find it helpful. You can also play mind games like Sudoku or puzzles, that's good as well. And dear this will go, do not worry much. Good luck!
