So here I am not quite 55 but starting to question Now What? The kids are grown and out of the house. Close by but no longer my worry. I'm working at the local nursing home and I have the privildge of actualy liking my job. I started checking out nursing schools thinking at first I would finaly go get my practical nurses licence. Well life threw me a curve ball. As I was doing all this research and tearing my hair out I happend to come across literature on Massage Therapy School. Talk About lights going on over your head and celestial choirs singing from the heavens. It was Eureka thats it. So I drove the 250 miles into Las Vegas where the school is. I live in Ely up near the Utah Border. Very small town we have one big grocery store and the big deal of the year last year was when the Family Dollar store opened. Our paper comes out once a week. And no Walmart. We have to drive at least 190 miles to Elko to go to walmart I usualy opt for the Extra miles and go to Vegas. Anyway I'm off track. I go check out this school which I can go to part time in the Evening it takes a year. And I was just really impressed with everything they offer. So I did all the paperwork to get enrolled and am do to find out about the financing next week. But win, lose or draw the move to Las Vegas is on for about mid July. I think that when something comes along and it feels so right. That you just have to dive in and go for it. I've lived all over the west and someplaces in the East. Sometimes my hairbrained schemes panned out and sometimes they didn't but I have had a darned interesting life so far and I intend to keep it that way. What do you guys think?
