How can i open paypal account

I opend a paypal account but it is not taking my credit card, it is displaying that card is invalid, my card is valid one am using daily, then how can i request my funds. I am confussed. please help me

well, i think your credit card as well as your banker is mainly for local use! i suggest you open an account in some internation banker with branch need you! or you can use someone's paypal accound to get the money from paypal and TT/DT etc to your banker!

Contact PayPal, they have a 1-800# you can call on their site. Anyways, you can also attached your bank account and get a direct deposit to your account or you can have them mail you a check. I don't think they will deposit funds to your credit card from your PayPal account.
