Tow Away Zone

Have you every parked in a tow away zone only to get your card towed? We have many tow away zones in our community and we have a lot of cars towed every night. In our community you can't park on the road or on the grass. The signs are clear and easy to read and all over our community. If you park in a tow away zone, do you think your car should be towed? And please tell me why.

cyberopjames we did park in a tow awayzone only the sign had
been moved. we were at Huntington beach Ca and only the words
of a friend cautioned my husband that a tow truck was just gettin readyto tow our pickup away. my husband hotfooted it across the sand and got there in time to prevent us from losing our truck to the tow truck driver. he seemed really put out but my husband found a place to park thatwas not a tow away zone and we parked it there. Otherwise we would have had some big problems as we were allat the beach.
