Do you always shower in the morning?

I love to take showers in the morning and right before bed. Most times, I can't start my day if I haven't had a shower. It gets really hot here in our region of the country, so I wake up feeling clammy. I have to shower just to feel normal. Once I've had my morning shower, I can put on fresh clothes and feel good all day. Do you shower every morning? Do you wait until just before bed to take your first shower of the day?

That's another excellent reason to take a shower in the morning! I had forgotten about that one. Sometimes a shower helps me not have to drink so much caffiene. Good point!

I need to take a shower in the morning...if possible it's the first thing I do...but sometimes, I'm in a hurry to finish cooking before my help comes in to wash the vessels and then I shower after that. Since my younger one is still young, I need to give him a bath before I shower...unless my husband decides to help me out with that one. But a shower in the morning is a must. I also shower after I get back from school.

Depending on what is happening for the day, I may shower then, or several times a day. I am not strictly a morning shower person, especially if I know I am going immediately into the yard to get filthy and sweaty, then I just do that first and then go shower afterwards. I may shower mid day and evening as well. Pretty much at my own whim. A nice shower sure feels good. Showering at night helps with pollen allergies.

I mostly shower at night when everyone else has gone to bed. More hot water this way. But if I get sweaty overnight then I shower again in the mornings. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

I usually shower before bed. I don't like going to bed feeling hot, and sweaty or dirty from the day time. It just makes me uncomfortable and I don't like making my bed dirty. I really try to avoid it if I can. Sometimes I'm too tired though and just end up going to bed, but otherwise, I shower at night. Sometimes I shower during the day though, especially if I'm working a lot in the house and I feel hot or gross from cleaning. It helps refresh me.

That's how I am I like going to bed freshened up and relaxed from a nice long hot shower. But I shower throughtout the day when needed due to all the yard work etc I do in my yard. In the hot summer months I have been known to take a few showers daily. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

Yeah I'll take more when I need too. It just depends on how much work I do and how hot it is. I usually only shower a few times a day during the summer.

I do not always shower in the morning. Some days I do not end up taking a shower until around noon and sometimes later. It all depends on how clingy and cranky my daughter is and whether or not she takes an early nap.

That's another good point! Some days that is true for me as well. As much as I'd like to shower everyday first thing. Once in a while, I have to wait a couple hours. If things go perfectly, then I can shower everyday the minute I wake up.

I take it at night for two reasons. One is because I don't blow dry my hair, and if I showered in the morning I would have to blow dry it. And the second is because I like to go to bed feeling totally clean. It actually helps with allergies too, which I have plenty of. The pollen, dirt, and other environmental pollutants gather up in our hair and on our skin during the say without us knowing, so washing it off before sleeping will prevent me from inhaling it.

I used to love getting the kids off to school in the morning , have a coffee and into the shower to get clean and ready for the day , now with my back problems and such I do not have the luxury of independence any more and have to get a shower when my other half is here to help me - I have fallen badly once and cannot take that chance again! My kids always have their showers at night because they are more likely to be late if they leave it til morning and also because my daughter at 6 manages to get herself filthy during the day and I couldn't send her to bed so dirty! lol xxx

Yes I do, because it's one of my daily habits. I can't start the day without showering in the morning, I would feel that I ain't quite awake yet and I would be in a bad mood all day.

No, I seldom will have a shower in the morning. I always want to sleep longer time. I don't have this hobby. Unless I want to wash my hair in the morning, then perhaps I will consider to have the shower. I love China

Most time I shower in the morning. Most weeks I shower everyday. Some weeks though if I feel like bumming around I may skip the shower for a day. On a rare occassion I may take a bath when I have the extra time. I feel better if I start my day taking a shower in the morning versus the night before.

I do have to take a bath every morning before work or before going anywhere. I feel bad when I havent taken my bath. When at home and its hot I usually have my shower but ordinarily after work I dont get any shower anymore, just too tired. Do some cleaning changing clothes and thats all.

I usually shower at night right before goign to bed. It helps me to relax for sleep and also saves me 30 minutes in the morning. :-)

Who doesn't? You are sleeping for the whole night, and sweeting, and then you don't wash yourself? Disgusting.

I could never shower before bed time as I would have to do my hair, otherwise I would wake up looking like a crazed cat. I always shower every morning. Makes me wake up and feel good.

Is there any other way to start the day. Here in the midwest it is starting to get warmer so I am able to get up do a workout in the garage and maybe a run around the neighborhood and then hit the shower with a cup or two of coffee. I can't imagine not taking a shower in the morning even when I don't work out. Do people take a shower at night and then sleep in dirty blankets? No better way to start the day!

Most of my life I had showered in the morning. When I injured my leg in a car accident a few years ago, I started showering before going to bed since the injury caused me to take longer to get ready in the morning. Even though I've healed, I'm still in the habit of showering before bed.

Yes, Everyday. I'm one sweating bugger and I sweat a lot. Which makes me wanna take a bath even if I do not want to. Sometimes I love to have a shower and sometimes I just hate the concept of bathing. I always have a shower in the morning and its always cold water.. bourne

Yes I always shower in the morning since I have classes that start very early. And even on weekends I still take showers in the morning because I feel so much better and I feel refreshed after doing so. It's a daily routine that I do not plan or breaking.
