Grocery shopping is always a dreadful thing for me, mainly because the prices are going up so much along with gas prices. I live in a rural area, so anywhere that I want to go, I have to drive about 30 miles to get there. I love where I live, but it can seem like a hassle when I run out of something at home.

Hello spoiled, There are moments that I will feel that way too. Like going to a store to buy some wire or batteries and only if I could do something with the old one, I'd rather not go to the store!LOL!It is tiring sometimes to go out and it really depends on my mood most of the time!

There is oen major thing that I hate to do, that is go to the post office to mail something. I just can't do it, and it is funny I used to live far from my daughter and she would get me a birthday present or a mother's day present and I wouldn't get it in the mail because she would say she just couldn't get to the post office and I would say but it is a block away, and she would say I know but I just can't bring myself to stop there. I though what a dumb thing. Well guess what, we now live in the same town, 2 buiding away from my daughter, and the post office is within a block from our house. And I have the same problem, I hate to go in there and will put it off as long as I can. I have tried to figure our why, only thing I can figure is for a small town, there is always a line clear to the door, and everyone knows everyone else so they all have to talk when they get to the counter, and to stand for 20 minutes to get a stamp or mail a letter I just can't do it. So now I understand why she waited so long to send anything out.

As you probably already know from my reply to other discussions, I hate leaving home. I live in the most wonderful place and I hate ever going out of the gate to my neighborhood. It's about 2 miles (all dirt roads) to the gate and you have no idea how many times during those two miles that I think about turning around and going home. LOL PLUS, I hate to shop anyway. I need to go to Sam's Wholesale Club today and I'm totally dreading it!
