Yes indeed, the writings of the Old Testament were on scrolls of papyrus which were preserved over time and survived. But it makes one wonder how they survived through the ages. Divine Providence? Who can say? The Bible is the most translated book all over the world and has survived the longest so its not far fetched to believe that there is a supernatural force behind it all.

Yes, you can say that although they also say the Word can refer to God himself

"..supernatural force means the power of God or the will of God?" - I think the will of God is preceeded by His power.

supernatural force means the power of god or the will of god.. god's desire is to correct the people who are not correct and make them as pure who are not pure .. so the word of god is the source ..

I'm not really sure about that. As for the Bible, i know they had scrolls before written by scribes. Those scrolls were kept and passed down from generation to generation then translated. I know the King James Version of the Bible was translated out of the original tongues dated 1611 if i'm not mistaken.

Anyway we are lucky to have a Bible contains a lot of good words strengthen our life and make it as peaceful in any circumstances... But the worry is still many people cannot accept the word of god...

Hi Sen, I dunno.. but I guess they had some leaves such as papyrus or something or scrolls of some sort to record things, and these must have passed down from generations to generations. However, I am not sure and would like to know what other Mylotters have got to say. Cheers and happy mylotting
