im really having hard time to control this anger im having. i wanna cry!!
my niece' mother just got home, DRUNK! and her daughter was in fever! cant you believe that???!!!
i just wanna scratch her face and let her realize what she was doing for her child!
i mean, she said they were only out to buy milk for her daughter, but when she got home, there! she's drunk! try learn to be more like mother!!
im hating you for it!

That is a sad thing to have to see, maybe you can band together with another concerned relative and maybe get temporary guardianship of the baby so that when the mom is out having her fun and the baby gets sick a sober guardian can get the baby some care from the Dr.
It is a hard thing to go through with a family member but you must at least try and get her to give someone 6 months to a years worth of temp. guardianship she must think about the welfare of her child maybe by approaching her with an idea of letting her go drink whenever she wants and party till she pukes she will be more willing to sign the papers knowing her child is taken care of if she can't do it.
