Learning new things on myLot

One of the things I love about myLot is that you can learn a lot of new tricks. Today learned about putting alumanim foil on the windows to keep the house cooler. I learned about the locks on the ends of boxes of alumanin foil, plastic wrap have tabs on the ends to help keep them in the box and keeping. plastic wrap in the freezer to make it easier to use. I also learned a new trick with mashed potatoes. By adding cream of chicken soup give a nice flavor. What kind of new tricks have you learned from myLot or another forum

I like to read new and interesting recipes.. as I get all dried up on ideas for interesting or different meals..

Yes, I have learned the first two that you mentioned here in the last few days, and then I just learned the last two right now by reading your discussions. So yes, there are many times that I learn something new here. Thanks for sharing.

My dear putting aluminium foil on the windows will only attract heat in the house so please do not try it. Foil attract the sun and this give off solar light. Yes you learn alot in MYLOT. I haven't comes across any tricks has yet but I know I will soon.
