We all know that now W.Bush is the president of the USA from the Republic Party, and the 2009 presidential election campaign is on the way, so I wanna ask that does the Republic candidate McCain have more advantages than the Democratic candidate during the final election? thank you.

No, John McCain will not have any more advantages than the Democratic candidate. In fact, so many people dislike President Bush that it may cause him a disadvantage. After eight years of Bush and his cronies, I would welcome almost anyone else! Of course, this is only my opinion.

I'm going to have to agree with the other response. If anything, McCain is at a disadvantage because he's a Republican. Many of us are not happy about what the Republicans have done over the past 8 years (although the Republicans defend themselves by saying they were just trying to clean up the mess the last Democrat left). I'm not so sure either of our Democrats are quite strong enough to be a great leader but I think either would do a better job.
