Fave movie genre

Hi, come and share with us what's ur fave movie genre?
Is it drama, comedy, horror, thriller, action, documentary, or else? why do like that genre?
My fave movie genre is drama comedy. i like it because the story is light, no need to think too much to follow the story, and it's fun with the fresh jokes & romance. What about u?

I love comedy and horror movies! The reason? Well horror because its kinda fun to get scared sometimes. Lately I havent really seen anything too scary yet but its still pretty interesting to see what sick/twisted things producers come up with! And for comedy.. I mean who doesnt love to laugh? I love laughing and whats better than to watch something funny after a horror movie? Lol. I always do incase I'm scared after watching a horror film haha.

Have you seen the Saw series? If not, do! It's a great set of movies, scary as hell, and a great plot. (Don't watch them out-of-order, though. You'll never figure out what's going on. O_o)
I guess while I'm here, My favorites are horror and probably action or comedy. LOVE horror movies, but then again, I can be kinda twisted. =] And watching horror then comedy back-to-back = Lulz. I love it.

yup, i've seen saw 1-3, it's a good movie, the suspect is really unpredictable and the torture is really horrible, never thought someone can be that cruel, but the message is good, we should appreciate our life and live it wisely, anyway thanks for sharing with us :)

Drama comedy is one genre that would be one of my favorites too. I like any combination of Action with thriller, mystery or adventure. I love history, war and documentary too. I still love horror but there aren't many good horror movies made. What they make is disgusting, not horror, by showing lot of blood or deformed faces etc. I don't know why directors' minds don't work especially in this genre.
I guess, I see more who the director and actor/actress is than the genre. There are few directors and actors who would make any movie an excellent piece of work, no matter what genre it is.

i love to watch romantic comedies, drama and family movies. not really a fan of horror or sci-fi movies hehe.

I love comedy. Well, basicly everyone likes something funny that could make them laugh. Laughing could make us out of stress.

I love suspense movies. The more realistic the storyline the better, too. I seriously doubt that Freddy Krueger is going to be stalking me in my dreams, but the chance is always there for my shrink to be far nuttier than I and serve my liver up with some fava beans and a nice chianti.
