OMG I Have a prob.

ok so for as i can remember i cannot fall asleep until like 5 or six in the morning then i sleep until noon 6hours a day ive takin all kind of sleeping pills and more than i should at a time what can i do about this is it just all mental like they say or something serious?

Hi Marcia. There is a solution I read from a psychology book, and is quite useful for me - Try to tell yourself in mind 'I don't want to sleep... I don't want to sleep...'. Then suddenly, you will fall asleep. DON'T count sheep to sleep. This method won't work at all. Not sure helpful to you or not... But no harm to try. Better then taking pills.

Your out of routine somewhere along the lines, this can happen by sleeping in the day and not feeling tired by night, Sleeping pills wont do much good for you has it can be dangerous, At night before you go to bed, have a Bath or shower and just relax in there, have a warm mug of Milk then get ready for bed, relax and read a book, this will tire you out and also Lavender helps because the scent of it is calming. Good Luck and take my advice :)
