Do They Work ?

I've heard of them recently (via the BBC). Seems like an idea that sounded good in theory but isn't working so well in practice. Some kids seem proud to have gotten ASBOs. Do you think they work?

no i think they are seen as a trophy now and nothing else. to be honest the uk has lost control of it's society and things are only going to get worse

I agree with all that. I think more needs to be done with parents and children before the children end up being unruly teenagers. Teenagers are very difficult to deal with and that's the worst time to try and change them. Asbos are now more of a trophy for those who have them. They have certainly proved not to be any kind of deterrant.
