Do you wash underwear with the rest of your clothes?

Wow, your friend must have really yukky underwear if it's so bad she can't wash it with everything else!! Yes I wash my undies along with everything else, and I normally wash the nappies in there too. I use a machine, so everything is rinsed beautifully afterwards. If I was doing it by hand I guess I'd do the nappies in different water, but I wouldn't worry about separating out the undies.

I wash mine in with all of my othe washing..the only time that i dont is if I am washing some white underwear and the wash is a coloured wash...then i just wash the few small out by hand as im not really into getting them a nice shae of grey!!!but I se no reason to wash them separately,and in no way woul I think of it as being dirty in anyway!

I don't anything yucky with washing underwear with the rest of the clothes... but i prefer to separate them... since underwears are small and the material they are made of are more... should i say... delicate... but if i have no time... and i am running out of clean underwear... i just throw it in the washing machine with the rest of my clothes...

Goodness, I dont see it yucky until now that you've mentioned it! I do rinsed it first though before mixing it with the rest! but I guess it's okay since it's only my clothes and my hubs that are washed together. I washed my boy's clothes separately..

I normally wash it separately as my other clothes are machine wash, and undies are normally hand wash after bath.

Yes, I do, simply because it's too much excess of water if you separate them. i have both white and colored under wear that if i separate those two it will be just another damn work. maybe that user never considered combining them...

Of course I wash them all together. All the clothes go into my machine, I segregate them depending them only on the fabric and colour. If I could put dirty socks in, what’s wrong with my undies?

i generally wash them separately. its not for any raeson. but it is what my mom taught me from childhood. so i do it like this.

I don't see anything yucky about it myself. But as it turns out I do wash them separately. My underwear and bras with my husbands, socks, underwear shirts and underwear make a medium load and I wash them alone.

Oh, no. I never wash my underwear with the rest of my clothes. Underwear is always washed separately. So are the socks. I think that it is for the sake of hygiene of our health.

In general i wash them all together. Exceptions are my bras - i handwash those so they last longer and any silky panties because they get caught on jeans and then have a thread pulled and arent as nice after washing in the machine with the rest.

I don't wash my underwear with other clothes as I separate clothes into the temperature and type of wash as well as colour. So all underwear is sorted together as they will be all put on the same type of wash, while other items of clothing will be put on different types of washes. Then the underwear will be split between dark and light, just in case the colour runs. I don't see it as disgusting to wash everything together, just not something that I do.

i will wash my underwears with the rest of my clothes only . i don;t wash them separetely. there is no objection for me and my husband to combine it with other clothes. i don;t feel yucky .afterall they are also clothes only like other clothes.

I agree with yuck washing underwear and socks with the rest of your cloths is gross, the fecal matter and body fluid are in your dirty underwear,and socks (ie toe jam) yes when you wash the cloths all together it looks clean but all you did is move the fecal matter, body fluids and toe jam from your socks and underwear to the rest of you clothing, and depending how long you go in between baths or showers your cloths will not be clean, the fecal matter will have settled in all your clothing sometimes leaving behind a smell of its own like old wet cloths .You do what you want Your the one wearing you poop I was sock and under wear seperatly you can use hot and bleach to kill any bacteria left on the your things Nuts In PA.
