Yea they do but its those times that I love Disney channel and the Baby Einstein DVD's. It's worth buying the tv, DVD player and hooking up cable in their rooms!

I'm not a violent person, but my son is 9 and is apparently at the age where attitude is what you get a lot, this has totally made me crazy. If I had spoken to my mother that way, I would've been knocked across the room. I would never do that to him, but lord have mercy sometimes I have to leave the room so as not to lose it. OY! I feel for you. There is nothing worse than whining. I always told my son it was unacceptable to speak to me in that manner and after a while, he figured out he didn't get anywhere with it anyway. Whining is a hard one to tame.

Sometimes they do. I have two teenagers and even though I don't mind heavy metal music this scremo emo stuff that my oldest listens to gets on my nerves after awhile. My youngest son plays the base guitar I don't even mind that but he plays along with power tab LOUD lol have you ever heard what power tab sounds like??.. after a couple of hours I feel like I could lose my mind and have to tell him to give it a rest already.

Oh boy do kids drive parents crazy?? Aren't they suppose to! Ever have your mother tell you that she hoped you would have kids just like you! The "mothers curse" it is called. Well it happens to the best of us! I have only one son and he is now 18 and still drives me crazy! But, I would not trade him for any amout of money. Gotta love the kids, they are us someday!

Kids - Kids are a parents offspring and have the most incredible personalities. They are innocent and vulnerable and need nurturing and guiding.
My kids are still very young but already they are proving to be quite a handful! My daughter is 3 this month and has severe disabilities following meningitis last year. Shes deaf and globally delayed so she is really hard work. She throws awful tantrums and hates being touched so she can be very very challenging! My son is only 4 months old but has had awful colic for 14 weeks and is now suffering with reflux and teething so we get no sleep whatsoever! But hey -- you gotta love them! Even though they can make me want to hibernate for a few years I would never change them - they are my world and I would be lost without them.
