I think mylot should lower their minimum payouts. Because for a new user to get to the payout is bit difficult as he questions the legality of the site. One of my joined mylot and left it in a week as he said he didn't trust mylot and don't wanna work hard to payout in order to find out the reality. So what do you think should mylot lower their minimum payouts? I think lower it to $5 will do good.

A good question to debate. I think it right that mylot should lower their paypout might be to $5 as for a genuine site like mylot it hardly matter because they are always willing to pay. But on the other hand it will increase their burdon to manage payouts as payouts will increase to twice. To manage that might be they have to hire more staff. To incur that cost they might have to pay low cents to your discussions and ultimately we will be the user.

This sounds like your so called firend doesn't want to work for a living. I'm sorry to have to say this but a lot of people signup for stuff and then just don't bother to do anything. I've mentioned before that I have humongous downlines in places that actually pay. Do you think I have a lot of actives in my downline? No I do not. I looked just now and I've got 3 referrals who did something in a list of 174 and two of those aren't really doing all that much. I would like to know why a good program has to lower it's payout so losers like your signup can get paid fast so they can then leave? Or maybe your friend found out that it isn't so easy to cheat here? Can it possibly be that your friend is one of those morons that think they can use this program not only to make some money for honest work but also for self-promotion or other less wonderful things? I got paid from mylot. So I know it's okay.

You have a very good point in terms of view for a newbie, but I think mylot don't want to have members who are just in here for the money. They want their sites with dedicated members so it will last long through the test of times. If mylot give it's member a low payout I bet once they get their payout they start not being active and they will fell lazy and don't comeback. It's like a one night stand job, once you get your payout you get out because it is really hard to earn here. It requires a lot of hardwork and dedication to go here and post. If you don't have all those characteristics, you won't last here. So I think these people are what mylot want to be it's member, dedicated, passionate and fanatics on what they are doing here. I also have 7 referrals and they don't last long. After a few post they give up. They have their own reason and I think they don't enjoy what they are doing and are just concerns on what they are getting and not on what they are contributing. So I think, lowering the payout will just make this sites another money online earning sites.

I don't think that way. If a newbie gets his $5 payout he will be motivated to stick with mylot instead of leaving it. You are right that in order to get payout you need to persevere so even making it to $5 will make a newbie into a good contributing member.

Hi there! It will be nice if myLot will lower the minimum payout to $5 but seeing that would be quite impossible at this moment. I think if myLot lowers the payout there will be no "permanent" users anymore. I believe that's how myLot also makes the money that they pay us. So, I'm happy with the $10 being the minimum, it's not that easy to reach but at least it keeps us all inspired to post and respond. Thus, making a discussion.

Okay, now I get what you're saying. A one time $5 minimum payout as a new user as a proof that myLot does pay? Not a bad idea. But aren't the testimonials here enough to prove that this site pays? And maybe when that $5 thing happens, I think it'll be a lot harder for us to reach even a dollar.

You have valid argument but mylot can at least try to set $5 minimum payout to the new users one time only.

I think minimum payout of $10.00 by MyLot is not bad. And making $10.00 in Mylot is not a very hard. By spending only 2 hrs daily in front of MyLot, You can make $10.00 in Two weeks and I made it.

Sir not all users are same. Most of them are early quitters. Maybe because of $10 payout some good members gave up the mylot.

Hi there figjam00! It is exciting been paid, I am sure. But I do not think the payment is the only reason for us to stay here. From here I learned lots of things. And I will stay here to improve my Englishh skill. I think the $10 is reasonable.

I do not think any amount lower than $10 would be any good to Mylot. What happens if Mylot lowers it to $5? I think majority of members would get their cash quicker and Mylot would lose their earnings quicker too. There are some stage that before all of you get the payment that Mylot have to make sure they got adequate money sitting on their bank. Mylot has more than 130,000 members and sure you must be thinking that it is not exactly cheap for Mylot to run this site and pays all of its members. Hope it clears up for you.

Your argument is valid but mylot can put $5 minimum payout to new users first time only so that new users can be motivated and that will lead to more and more user will devote to mylot.

I guess I would not be questioning the legality of the site as i do not see anything wrong with the site. i think its a site that pays and I really do not see anything that makes this site as illegal. As to lowering the payout may be a good idea but I don't think its necessary because I am pretty sure many will just take advantage of it and it would not be for the good of Mylot if they lower it. I think we should give a chance for Mylot to earn also for their site to continue on. We members are not contributing any monetary contribution to this site its our ideas that we share and we get to be paid by this site is that already nice thing to see already.

While 10$ is fine for most of us, I do think a 5$ option for the 1st payment should be given. Receiving money will definitely help newcomers (or slow writers) feel more trusting towards the site, and it should give them confidence to keep at mylot and go for the 10 the next time.

I can see what you're saying but $5 isn't much at all. Like any site that pays out for using it you need to give it time to get used to it, build up your profile and work at it. You can't really just expect money for nothing. Maybe if they offer $1 for signing up that might encourage people.

I have mine set to $50 minimum. I don't see the point, I can see how much i'm making each day without taking it out. It would just sit in my paypal account anyway. $5 works out at £2.50 then if I really wanted to take the money out of my paypal account i'd be charged 25p for it so there is just no point. Plus as mylot are a business aren't they charged for each payout? I think as long as you can see the money you're making does it really matter if you've got it in your paypal account or not?

oh plus I enjoy using this site. I don't just do it to make money so I mainly just respond to discussions that interest me. I'm just about at the $5 mark and don't feel like i've put that much effort into it. I enjoy the discussions.

Many users give mylot because they aren't making it to payout. IN mylot in order to make it to the minimum payout you have to post over 500 replies. And that is very big task for a newbie. $1 signup won't help much but decreasing the minimum payout won't hurt mylot that much.

I think the payout of 10$ is just fine. It's not the money that will make a people motivated to work here in mylot. It should be his post and friends here. If he finds it enjoying how will he think of the money. I myself does not think of the payout. But I am happy here with just my post and responses that I got money is just a bonus here.

The reality is that when user joins mylot his first aim is to earn money and see if this site pays so its good for mylot to decrease the payout so as to live up to the users' expectation.

I don't think so. I have only been on here for a little over a month and I made my cashout. I usually give these online things about a month or so before I make a final decision. ANd anyone who is that skeptical is only here to make a quick buck. ANd that may be why they have it set up like they do being anonymous about the whole payment process....either way I am happy I received my payment and I will continue to post on here.

But all users are not like that. I think most of them are like my friend who gave up mylot in a week.

If that is true, it will be easier to reach payout every month. I am already at $3 so I just need another $2 for payout. I don't think that will happen because if you make it easy, this forum will be empty.

I think $10 is fine $5 will be too small an amount.Atleast when its ten you get some satisfaction that you have made some money.

$10 is fine as some members can reach payout in just 1 month.. It all depends on one's mentality.. If your fren is hoping to make good money here in a short time, naturally he will be disappointed as things is not turning out the way he wants.. SO even if mylot lower the minimum to $5, it will still be the same, your fren will quit mylot because of the slow earning and not because of the minimum payouts ^_^

Hi, I agree with you. I think myLot should lower the first payout to $5 as it will take around 2 or 3 weeks to reach that. But it only for first payout. So, are you going to feedback to mylot on your suggestion? You are reaching 500 posts, keep it up and post more here.
