Hi! lol Okay, I recently bought a dvd collection from a link I was given by someone here. I bought the complete series of the show Third Watch. When i got to season 2 I started having a lot of problems. So far 2 episodes have stopped working (one 1/2 way though, another 3 minutes into it!) and I have been unable to get them to continue. THEN I realized that between 2 of the discs, there are TWENTY TWO episodes missing. One disc ends about halfway though one season, and than the next disc starts half way through the next! I don't know how they could have messed up this bad when making the dvds (22 episodes!) So of course, I emailed them telling them all these problems and I told them I want to return the product and get my money back! (You can not return an item from them until they give you a specific number, or something). I emailed them 12-13 days ago! Shouldn't they have emailed me back by now?! I mean, I spent over 100 bucks on this show from them, and they will not email me back! What am I suppose to do now?

Keep bothering them until you get a response! Email them daily and make their life difficult. Threaten to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Then do it if you don't get any satisfaction. They will help you resolve the issue, maybe not the way you want, but fairly. Make sure that everyone knows of their poor business practices and inferior products. How did you pay? If it was by credit card, you can contest the transaction. It will be a hassle, but it is one avenue of getting satisfaction. Good luck Lily!

I found a a few complaint boards against them. You should post what happened there. Also, there seem to be many entries. Someone may have a good idea for you there. http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/tv-addicts-c44774.html http://tv-addicts.pissedconsumer.com/tv-addicts-is-a-scam-20080206112567.html http://www.complaints.com/directory/2006/march/23/25.htm http://complaintwire.org/Complaint.aspx/FGBzX2_NQwApSAjJ7rmJqA

Wow! Thanks for the links Trace!! I appreciate the help. I actually paid using a paypal account...do you think if I emailed them and explained the situation they could help me get my money back? Or you think that would only work with an actual credit card?

I am not sure about the rules governing Paypal. It wouldn't hurt to email their help department and ask if there is anything they can do for you. Alot of it depends on how much time has passed since the transaction finished.

I hope that they finally have gotten back with you. That is alot of money to find out you cannot even watch it.
