my lotters there are lot of discussions going on in mylot about trivial things. drinking water , using a glass or directly from the bottle, cooking , eating , having fun etc. etc..but there are very few on how to preserve water for future and keep it cleaner for tomorrow and the air that we breathe in. inspite of the crude price going thru the roof , thousands of new vehicles are being created daily to add to the pollution and still the race to have the bigger vehicle is on.......who do you think is going to bother about the pollution and its bad effects on our own health?

Yes a thousand of new vehicles enters the roads to make to more crowdy and make air and water nore dirst. But my dear friend I think technology is progressing with such a great speed that it will be able to cope up with this problem. As I remember gew year back buses in Delhi were running in diesel engine it was so irritating for to be on road in the smoke of those diesel engines, but now since the introduction of CNG as clean fuel this problem is almost over. Also the cars of today are very very much less polluting than those 10 years back.

well leaving it to govt. , growth and use of latest technology is not the real solution ajayrekha. we must come forward wholeheartedly to keep the environment clean. i will share something with you about the nature of man. what is your thinking about mt. everest? do you know hundreds of tons of garbage is pooled up there. who has done it? obviously the people who visited mt. everest. how many of them?but each time the teams of mountainiers visited the place they left tons of garbage there.and it is still there who will clean it? just like that just observe your own family`s one day. how much waste do we create daily in our normal life. so one has to begin from self control. and then take care of the surroundings . many things will improve and gradually will have an effect. smaller things we should take care. and for the bigger ones we can use the govt. agencies and international bodies . right.

yes, friend, you are right.the pollution of our earth is going more and more serious, what can we do?when i see the things which is paying bad effect on the environment the question will occur in my mind.i think we should do our best to the problem.for me,i am proud of myself to some extent.when i eat outside,i refuse the one-off dishware, etc, etc.but i know it is not enough.we should do much things, concluding how to perseve the water and the clear air...... maybe it needs more and more precious law to make people's behavior standardization.and is there any more good way?

oh yeah xiaojing i appreciate very much your sincere concern for environment cleanliness. very true each one has to contribute in its own way and since the menace has grown out of proportion and has assumed alarming proportions we have to hurry up.each day is environment protection day. simply by celebrating a day in a year will not be enough. one must involve oneself.fully, consciously, and usefully and all others too.

hi juhi i sincerely appreciate that you could think of this. many a people at your age will not at all bother inspite of all this education and spread of knowledge, saying that others are there to take care of it. surely as everyone has contributed to spoil the atmosphere each one of us has a responsibility towards correcting or rather reversing the trend to correct the ill effects..

hi kushank .thanks for the compliment.very truly said each one has to put the effort to keep it clean ,and clean it further to negate the ill effects already pooled up. then there are people who do it out of ignorance and others who do it will fully. there should be a plan for stricter penalties and punishments for such defaulters.
