(i) People who make things happen
(ii) People who watch things happen
(iii) People who wonder what happened
From the college days, I always wanted to be what is explaiend in (i). In many a cases I succeeded. But it not possible always to perform that feat. What about you?

How I wish I could be in the first category!! I fail most of the times in trying to be 'the one'.
However, if allow me I would add another category, which would be my definitive category. People who are behind the scene and mostly instrumental in making things happen or helping the selective number of people who actually 'make things happen'.
All through my life I have always tried to do that.

Dear Mimpi, it is not difficult to be in category I. All it requires is honest participation as you know. I am extremely grateful to you for having added one more category: people who are behind the scenes. Sometimes, the king makers are in this category. I rather prefer to get a boost in the form of appreciation rather than doing all the time behind the scene good work. After all we are human beings and have our limitations and weaknesses. Very interesting response indeed.

I get that you are a 'leader' by instinct. It feels great and we all strive to be the one. But all do not have the ability. 'Kingmakers' is a wonderful term. I would love to be the king, however, have always found myself one step short. I have never been in the first position.
But, i will still keep trying.

I have the same pick ssh! In most cases in my life too, I will consider myself as that, I made things happen, like I finish College, I was able to help my parents financially, got a good job,marry someone who possess the characteristics whom I dream about, settle down at the age I want to be and I am still working for more! God Bless me! LOL!

I want to be people who make things happen. I had done this many times and half way I succeeded, Thank God. Sometimes I watch things happen because of feeling of tiredness like when i do things and i ended up failing, but I am more of a type of person who make things happen.

Hi ssh123! I would like to think that I belong to the first category. I belong with the people who make things happen. I am an active participant in life. I just don't like waiting and if I can do it, I will do it without wasting time. I am a doer. I just don't like to sit and see what happens. I get restless. I always think and plan and always find ways on how I can make it happen. But to be honest with you, as much as I want to just belong in that category, I just don't. As I journey in all the stages of my life, I have in one way or the other belonged to all three types you have mentioned.

i really want to be a person who has a good personality and is able to understand other peoples fellings,a person who can guide other peole to be a good person in the society.that is alli want to be and i am trying hard to be like it!
