I want to share with you guys my Laburnum tree..(see photo below). It's a two years old tree. My new neighbors said it is poisonous. It is dangerous for my children and for the children in the neighborhood. That's why they told me to cut that tree soon..*sniffle*. This lovely tree cost me a fortune... Does my fellow mylotters know about this plant? Is this really poisonous? Please help before I cut this tree. Thank you!

Hi honeybeemay. Your new neighbors are right, all parts of the plant are poisonous and children should be warned never to touch the black seeds contained within the pods as they contain an alkaloid poison.
