Where's the best place to find photos?

I'm looking for some freeware type photos and icons to use for comments and conversations here. Things that specifically aren't copyrighted or are righted to everyone. Best web sites?

I find mine on yahoo, but I would like to know where they find those pictures that move.

I think there are some free clipart pages that have moving icons on them. Alloy42 would know, you should poke him.

Unless you don't want "clip art" go to different quiz sites and look up icons. Also look at some of the myspace feature pages out there that have pics for comments and that sort. Good luck and happy hunting.
