What do you think of the meaning of friendship?

Once i heared that friends are like quilts give you warm from yourself.What about you?

A friend is one who believes in you when you have ceased to believe in yourself. This is what I think of friendship.

Friendship for me means that if one person have problem that can not get along with it then this second person, a friend, will do all he/she can to help and don't want anything in the return for it, couse helping is enough prize already.

Though i agree with you ,i always feel sad when i try to do something difficult for them but they don't understand or care.
