Jenny was able to come home yesterday (Saturday) after only three days in the hospital. She recovered very quickly and amazed her doctors as well as us. They said that with the type of surgery most kids just sleep for the first two days. Not our Jenny. As soon as she came out of the recovery she was back to her giggly self. She did not sleep at all that day and not much that night because the nurses had to come in and check her every hour. She was given a lot of pain meds so she was feeling good. Friday she was lively and even was able to be taken down to the rec. room and beat her sister and air hockey seven times. Not bad at all for a girl in a wheelchair playing against an atheletic girl. They made the decision on Friday that Jenny was going to be going home on Saturday because of how active she was. So they started reducing her pain medication until she was just on Vicodin. Wow! She arrived back home at 2:30 in the afternoon. Thank you all for praying for her. It really made a big difference.

I'm also glad, Congrats. As a newbie I reply to a lot of things. And it makes me sad to see children sick or not feeling well.
